  • We treat all conditions such as headaches, neck pain from poor posture, whiplash, strains, disc and joint pain.

  • We treat all back pain relating to strains or sprains, disc and nerve pain, pain from arthritis, post-operative management and pain due to imbalances and alignment.

  • We treat all knee conditions including arthritis, meniscus and ligament injuries, dislocations, alignment and imbalances, post-operative care and tendon pain.

Gym Injuries

Our physiotherapists have experience in competitive bodybuilding and specialise in gym based injuries. We will guide you through an accelerated recovery, whilst still attending the gym, working around your injury.

We will NEVER tell you to avoid the gym! After all, we want you to keep doing what you love!

Joint & Muscle Pain

Muscle and joint pain can be caused by overuse, repetitive strain, imbalances or sustained poor postures. Injuries may include muscle, ligament or tendon strains or tears, tendinitis, arthritis, inflammatory conditions and general tightness or stiffness. 

Our physiotherapists will work with you to reduce your pain and swelling, improve joint mobility and flexibility and provide strategies to avoid re-injury.

Sports Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists specialise in sport injuries and will thoroughly assess, diagnose and create a treatment program for your condition. We will also go through strategies to prevent re-injury in the future.

Our physiotherapists have worked with professional and amateur athletes and have an extensive background in national premier league football teams and many other sporting backgrounds, working with athletes of all ages from children to adults!

Posture Treatment

You may have neck or back pain due to poor or slouched posture which places excessive loads onto the joints and muscles of the spine.

Our physiotherapists are highly trained at providing strategies to correct your posture. We can also analyse and correct your workstation set-ups (ergonomics).

Young Athletes

We are well acquainted in how to manage, treat, and overcome children’s injuries, including growing pains (Osgood-Schlatter Disease & Sever’s Disease) .

We can also liaise your coach and doctor to provide holistic care.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment technique where single use sterile acupuncture needles are inserted into myofascial trigger points in muscles in order to help significantly reduce pain and muscle tension.

Our physiotherapists will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if dry needling is an appropriate treatment for you based off your injury and symptoms.

Workplace Injuries

If you have been injured in the workplace, our physiotherapists are accredited and registered providers with the State Insurance Regulatory Authorities (SIRA) and are able to provide services through Worker’s Compensation.

We will liaise with your GP, specialist, employer, insurance company and return to work provider to ensure a smooth transition back into the workplace pain free!

Orthotics

Foot, ankle and knee pain can be caused due to poor biomechanics. Your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough biomechanical assessment to determine if you would be suitable for orthotics.

We are able to fit you with orthotics suited to your needs.

Exercise Programming

Our physiotherapists will work with you to create a rehabilitation program tailored to your stage of rehabilitation and goals.

We use up to date physiotherapy programs that can be accessed from your smart phone.

Car Accidents

If you have been involved in a car accident, our physiotherapists are accredited and registered providers with the State Insurance Regulatory Authorities (SIRA) and are able to provide services through Compulsory Third Party (CTP).

We will liaise with your GP, specialist, insurance and all parties involved to ensure a smooth recovery!
