  • Julian is an exceptional physiotherapist that I have been seeing for months now. He took the time to explain what was causing my radiating back pain and how it can be addressed. After seeing Julian the first time, he taught me some simple modifications to my usual behaviours that aggravate my issues and also gave me some exercises. I saw Julian only four times and I am surprised by the amazing benefit. I regularly go to the gym but I have not been able to do certain exercises due to my pain. I finally had the confidence this week to try to squat, for the first time since June. I never thought I'd be able to do this again.

After 3 months of neck and shoulder pain, I saw Julian and within 1 treatment he quickly identified the source of my pain, listened to my goals and concern and gave me an initial consultation to the highest standard. Julian went above and beyond during the session and was attentive, caring and professional the whole time. It’s no coincidence that I woke up with minimal pain the day following our consultation. He is highly skilled in manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription. He also gives great value for money. If you’re in pain, Julian is your guy. Thank you!

  • I went to Julian recently, as I injured my neck playing basketball, and he was exceptional! From the moment I walked in, he was quickly able to identify what had happened and then was able to explain how it happened to me and what needed to be done to fix it. Honestly, I was bracing myself for some tough sessions and inconvenience ahead, but Julian assured me that everything was going to be ok and that I would be back in no time. The actual neck treatment was amazing and I felt instantly felt better once I left there. He also gave me a couple of neck stretches to do when I got home and I was literally back to 100% in a matter of days. Julian is amazing at what he does, he is honest and he genuinely cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is experiencing even the slightest physical pain or injury.
